Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours. You will receive an order confirmation email followed by an email confirming dispatch. In the unlikely event of a delay to dispatch, we will contact you.

Delivery via Royal Mail 2nd Class is 2-3 working days (UK). Delays may be expected from time to time. If you experience a delay, please get in touch and we will get up to date information on delivery services to your area.

Delivery via DPD Next Day is a tracked service which aims to deliver the next day. Orders placed before 5pm Monday - Friday will be shipped within 48hrs, subject to stock availability. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be shipped the next working day.
